I don't have enough great things to say about Ben and RedTruck. Ben bought the house our apartment is in from a large real estate company and we could see the changes immediately. Our calls were actually answered by Ben himself and all the things the previous owners had failed to do like manage the landscaping, repair the decks and service all of the plumbing and electric were all done almost overnight. HOOPER PROJECT
March 2015
The Hooper Project encompassed a "whole-home" rehabilitation of a 1930's property. For this particular project, we were very strict about the materials and footprint of our work. The remodel included demolition and installation of both the kitchen and bathroom, repairing walls, refinishing old oak flooring and replacing the heating system, insulation and new windows.

FOREST PROJECT
October, 2018
The Forest Project was a 1927 duplex purchased by RedTruck Properties in Dover, NH. The building had been neglected for years. Upgrades were made to mechanicals, exterior landscape and hardscape, along with interior modifications and restorations to bring the residence up to code. The downstairs household was further modified to include a third bedroom, while the upstairs household underwent a complete remodel, including the addition of a 1/2 bath and laundry.

SPRING PROJECT
December, 2022
In 2017, RedTruck acquired an 1800's colonial home along the Seacoast in NH. The building was an undervalued three family property. The company evaluated the building and grounds, assessing each possible improvement from structural to cosmetic. Upgrades were made to rebuild porches, parking areas, exterior siding, roof, windows, mechanicals, additional water heaters, laundry, as well as the full rehabilitation of two apartments within.
